4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

SalwarDunia reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders may be canceled by us if we suspect fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or errors in product information.
Customers may request cancellation only before the product has been processed or dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary: India (5–8 days), International (2–3 weeks approx.)
We use trusted courier partners for both domestic and international deliveries.

Important: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-stitched and ethnic garments, we do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video or image evidence.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
