At SalwarDunia.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We value your trust and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of ethnic clothing and custom-stitched outfits, certain limitations apply.
✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
We accept return or exchange only in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered – Item received is completely different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Product – Product received is torn, stained, or visibly damaged.

Missing Items – A part of your order is missing (e.g., dupatta not included).

Wrong Size Dispatched – If you receive a different size than what you ordered.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

Change of mind or dislike after purchase

Minor color variation (due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography)

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Custom-stitched or altered garments

Sale or clearance items

Products returned without original tags, packaging, or signs of wear
📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video / Proof Required
For any claims of damage, wrong item, or missing parts, a clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of parcel opening. This is required to validate your claim and to ensure fairness to both parties.
🕒 Return Request Timeline

Any return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

After 24 hours, no claims will be entertained under any condition.

🔁 Exchange or Store Credit
If your return is approved:

You can choose a replacement product (same or similar value), or
-
Request a store credit that can be used for future purchases (valid for 6 months)
📝 Refunds to original payment mode are not available.
🚚 Return Shipping Guidelines

For eligible returns, the product must be sent back within 5 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and safely packaging the product.
🌍 International Orders – Special Note
Due to high shipping costs and customs regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, unless there’s a major defect or shipping error from our side.
📦 Important Packaging Condition
Returned items must be:

With original tags and packaging

Without any perfume/smell/stains

In resellable condition

SalwarDunia reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange claims based on the evidence provided. Our decision will be final in all return-related matters.
