✖ Products without original tags or showing signs of use

📸 Proof Requirement

To process any claim, a clear unboxing video is required at the time of opening the package.

This helps us ensure a fair and quick resolution for all customers.

🕒 Return Request Timeline

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
